Our Process for walk-ins

If you are unable to carry your equipment into the office then you can come in or call one of us to meet you at your vehicle to do the lifting for you. If you are able but don't want to climb the steps, we have an easy access ramp for your convenience.

Once inside we have a short check-in process. We ask what's going on with your machine then take down your contact information, such as: Name, Contact phone number, and your password to get into the machine.

Once we have all of your information the work begins. Our Senior Technician, Tom, starts checking out the hardware or software issues.

Once the issue has been resolved we always put an anti-malware trial (14 day) program on the machine to protect against all unwanted attacks. We highly recommend the customer purchase the program before the trial is up!

Most issues are able to be repaired within the same business day. However, if not, we will call and let you know.
